Edifício Faria Lima 17 - renewed partnership

HOCHTIEF do Brasil was contracted to carry out the construction of a business building that will have approximately 34,000 square meters of built area right on the main avenue of Brigadeiro Faria Lima, no. 1700, one of the most valued addresses for corporate ventures in the state capital.

The building will have 22 floors: five underground levels, a ground floor, a mezzanine floor, and 15 standard floors. It will be built for PDG Realty, Etoile, and a group of investors with delivery scheduled for the second half of 2012, and will follow the modern practices of sustainability, including LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification.

HOCHTIEF, which is already building the Edifício JK 16 for these clients, has other projects under construction on the south side of São Paulo such as the Residencial Praça Vila Nova, Eco Berrini, and Cidade Jardim Corporate Center.
