New contract: Tishman Faria Lima

Real estate developer Tishman Speyer chose HOCHTIEF do Brasil to build its new first-class five-story office building to be located in São Paulo, on Avenida Brigadeiro Faria Lima between Avenida Juscelino Kubitscheck and Avenida Cidade Jardim.

The project has been designed to obtain the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification at the Gold level and is composed of large corporate floors of up to 5,500 m², in a total of approximately 48,000 m² of built area and 3 basement stories.

The construction services began in November 2011 and delivery is scheduled for the beginning of the second semester of 2013, i.e., total project execution in less than two years.

The building will be occupied by Banco Itaú BBA.
